Häberlein & Mauerer climbs with Skylotec
November 2008: Häberlein & Mauerer is pleased to announce the PR contract from Skylotec.
Client consultant Florian Flach and his Sport team at Häberlein & Mauerer took on responsibility for communication for the Skylotec GmbH in November 2008. Headquartered in Neuwied and with more than 60 years of experience in the field of industrial fall protection, Skylotec entered the recreational climbing market as a newcomer last year. Häberlein & Mauerer assists Skylotec with classical PR for both the industrial specialized field and the more consumer-oriented sports segment.
In 2008 Skylotec decided to take its more than 60 years of expertise in the industrial field of fall protection and apply those insights to the discipline of sport climbing. Skylotec offers a wide variety of climbing harnesses for alpine use, as well as a collection of functional clothing and an extensive spectrum of hardware products to round its assortment.
Skylotec’s uncompromising standards of safety and quality really pay off:Skylotec’s “Gecko” climbing harness for children won the coveted Outdoor Award soon after the brand’s debut in the new market segment.
